Issuetrak is a leading provider of issue management software. Issuetrak’s software solution had an existing API that needed to be revamped and updated to the latest REST API standards.
TechArk provided architectural guidance and software implementation services to provide a scalable and extensible REST-based API using the ASP.NET WebAPI technology stack. TechArk worked to integrate the API into the deployment processes for Issuetrak’s issue management software and also provided technical documentation using the Swagger API documentation system.
