The Challenge
Vervet, a secure mobile platform for group travel, was experiencing issues with the web and mobile chaperone applications developed by a previous vendor. The applications had limitations in mobile responsiveness, deviated from the intended design, and included bugs that impacted usability. These issues hindered Vervet’s ability to effectively manage travel documents and program information, limiting their ability to scale.
The Solution
TechArk rebuilt key components of the Vervet application with a focus on improving mobile responsiveness and overall user experience. In addition to fixing design inconsistencies and performance issues, we implemented new features to help Vervet expand its reach and target new user segments. This work supports their mission to digitize travel operations and modernize group trip coordination.
