Project HOPE-Virginia is the statewide program for implementing the McKinney-Vento Act. Administered by the College of William & Mary School of Education and supported by CIEES, the initiative ensures students.
The Solution
TechArk partnered with Project HOPE–Virginia to deliver a complete digital transformation. From branding and a mobile-friendly website to eLearning tools and video production, the initiative empowered educators and families. Key features included a public liaison directory, training portal, and multilingual video modules. Digital campaigns drove 223,000+ impressions and 4,000+ new users, with organic social achieving nearly 20% engagement.
