Autumn has arrived and with it come crunchy leaves, hot spiced beverages, and chilly nights by the fire. Hello, fall.
In the spirit of the seasons changing, we’d like to give a shout-out to one of our newer clients, Ray Johnson’s Fireplace & Patio. Purveyor of fine gas grills, outdoors patio furniture, fire pits, fire logs, and custom fireplaces, Ray Johnson’s is on fire.
A website redesign hotter than summer, this project included a sense of urgency, as the previous site’s security had been compromised. TechArk fired back, wresting the site free from the hack-attack and then designing and developing a brand-new (and safer) platform.
The previous site had been e-commerce, but it wasn’t burning bright. Loaded down and over-complicated, we started by paring down the site’s content to the essentials. Next we set Ray-J (couldn’t resist) up on WordPress, moving away from e-commerce. With a responsive site, Ray can rest easy knowing that his custom products will look great on any screen size.
We took a stab at updating the copy, illuminating the warmth, quality, and comfort which emanates from one of Ray Johnson’s custom grills, fireplaces, or smokers. Our design team made quick work of the gorgeous photographic assets provided, developing a beautiful site to stun and impress.
