The Challenge
Regent University set out to modernize its digital presence—creating an accessible, efficient platform that reflects its reputation for academic innovation and global reach. The existing explore.regent.edu site relied on multiple outdated templates that were difficult to manage, inconsistent in design, and not fully accessible. As a result, program pages were fragmented, updates were time-consuming, and the user experience varied widely across devices.
The Solution
TechArk partnered with Regent University to reimagine explore.regent.edu from the ground up, delivering a scalable, compliant, and easy-to-manage website. The project included a unified design system merging Brand, Degree, and Program Detail templates into one flexible layout with admin toggle options; smart lead forms integrated with Sparkroom CRM for pre-filled submissions and accurate lead tracking; streamlined content management with folder-based organization, Recruit Program ID, and backend customization; full WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and GDPR/CCPA compliance using Regent-owned tools; and close collaboration with Regent’s marketing team and consultant Jeff White to ensure a seamless brand experience on WP Engine.
