The Challenge
CEBIS needed a modern, engaging way to deliver complex training content for educators and professionals across Virginia. Traditional, linear training models lacked interactivity, adaptability, and meaningful assessment. The goal was to move beyond static videos and create a WCAG-compliant digital learning experience—one that could guide users through decision-based scenarios, track progress, and validate understanding, all while remaining accessible, secure, and easy to manage at scale.
The Solution
TechArk partnered with CEBIS to design and develop a custom, interactive learning portal supported by professionally produced video modules. The platform allows users to register, progress through conditional learning paths, and receive real-time feedback based on their responses. Carefully structured logic routes learners through accurate or corrective pathways, reinforcing understanding before completion. The experience is supported by closed-captioned videos, downloadable resources, progress tracking, and personalized certificates—delivering a thoughtful, user-first approach to digital education.
