(NORFOLK, Va.) Apr 27, 2021 - TechArk Solutions is excited to announce that it has acquired all the website and hosting assets of Coders Clinic, a Suffolk based digital solutions company specializing in web design and development, online marketing and hosting management services.
This marks the second acquisition for TechArk, which will add several new clients to its established base of hundreds of satisfied customers (aka “technology partners”) in the Hampton Roads region. In 2012, the innovative digital solutions company began offering expert services such as website design, digital marketing, and mobile app and software development.
After growing organically for nine years through word-of-mouth referrals and a strong base of repeat customers, CEO Pratik Kothari says TechArk is continuing to build upon a solid foundation. TechArk just completed its first acquisition in Dec 2020 and this next transaction certainly paves the path to seek out promising opportunities for growth. “This is a strategic acquisition for the TechArk team, as it helps us in growing our customer base and further solidifies our footprint in Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News VA,” says Kothari of the acquisition. “Our first acquisition was in Virginia Beach. Although it has been only a few months, we are already seeing great synergies by helping more customers achieve the true potential of their websites and digital marketing efforts. Now, we are very excited to add several customers from this acquisition to our portfolio.”
