The Challenge

Heartland Construction’s existing website was outdated, built on Wix, and lacked the flexibility, security, and visual impact needed to support the company’s growth. The site was no longer giving Heartland the digital presence needed to compete as a serious player in the commercial construction space. While the company had traditionally managed its corporate marketing internally, it needed a stronger online foundation to better reflect its capabilities, showcase projects, and support future growth. The website also needed to meet specific security requirements and Level A accessibility standards.

The Solution

TechArk partnered with Heartland Construction to create a modern, WordPress-based website built for performance, scalability, and stronger brand positioning. The new site introduced a cleaner structure, improved navigation, and a more polished visual experience designed to better represent Heartland’s work and industry presence. We also developed a dedicated Careers page to support future hiring needs and job postings, even though the client ultimately chose not to launch that functionality in full and currently displays job titles only. In addition, the website was built to align with required security expectations, accessibility standards, and easier long-term content management.
