NORFOLK, VA. — August 31, 2026 — TechArk Solutions has acquired the website and marketing clients of CDG Marketing & Web Design, a Chesapeake-based company providing web design, digital marketing, graphic design, and hosting management services.
The acquisition is TechArk’s fourth acquisition and further expands the company’s presence in Chesapeake and across the Hampton Roads region.
Since its founding in 2012, TechArk has grown from a team of five into a global organization of more than 130 professionals offering website development, digital marketing, custom software, mobile app development, hosting, and technology solutions.
For TechArk CEO Pratik Kothari, the acquisition is an opportunity to build on the strong relationships CDG has developed with its clients while providing access to TechArk’s broader range of services and technical expertise.

Continuing a Strong Local Legacy
CDG Marketing & Web Design owner Valerie Cudnik brings more than 38 years of experience in graphic design and information technology. After being introduced to TechArk through a mutual connection, Cudnik felt the company was well positioned to continue serving her long-standing clients.

The transition gives CDG clients continuity while also providing access to TechArk’s larger team and expanded capabilities in web development, digital marketing, software development, hosting, and AI.
