The Challenge

In Virginia, thousands of students face the daily uncertainty of housing instability. Project HOPE–Virginia exists to make sure those students are not left behind. But with no online presence, their mission was harder to carry out. Families couldn’t easily find resources, educators struggled to access training, and liaisons lacked a central place to connect and support one another.

The Solution

TechArk helped Project HOPE–Virginia turn that gap into an opportunity. We built a modern website and a secure liaison portal where courses, staff management, and even discussion boards brought structure to statewide collaboration. To reach families wherever they are, we also launched a mobile app on iOS and Android, making it simple to find a local liaison or share a personal story that could inspire others. With multilingual content, videos, and targeted campaigns, the program finally had the digital tools to match its mission.
