The Challenge
The Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity (CEIO) needed a refreshed online presence that was both visually appealing and accessible to all audiences. Their existing site lacked modern design, optimal performance, and compliance with accessibility standards, limiting engagement with key stakeholders. CEIO wanted a multi-page site that reflected their mission while meeting WCAG Level AA accessibility guidelines.
The Solution
TechArk rebuilt the CEIO website from the ground up with a custom 14–16 page design focused on performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. The new site was developed to meet Level AA WCAG compliance standards, ensuring usability for all visitors. Two rounds of visual design mockups allowed CEIO to refine the look before development, while a comprehensive one-time SEO implementation improved search visibility. Hosting and ongoing monthly maintenance were included to keep the site secure, up-to-date, and optimized long after launch.
