The Challenge
Lotlinx wanted to give their dealer partners a direct way to see the value of their platform. The existing experience lacked visibility into performance metrics, alerts, and communication with Lotlinx managers. Without a streamlined tool, dealers struggled to track inventory campaigns, identify risks, or connect quickly with performance managers—leading to lower engagement and risk of churn.
The Solution
TechArk developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) using Flutter, designed to bring Lotlinx’s dealer data and alerts into one mobile-friendly experience. Dealers can log in, view alerts on pricing, demand, and risk, and take one-click actions like scheduling meetings or messaging their performance manager. Push notifications were prioritized so dealers receive timely updates, while middleware and API integrations ensured secure token handling and real-time alert delivery. GA4 analytics were embedded to track engagement with calls-to-action.
