The Challenge

Lee’s Friends, a Norfolk-based nonprofit supporting cancer patients with emotional support, rides, and financial assistance, needed a modernized digital presence. Their existing site was outdated, difficult to manage, and not aligned with their brand mission. They also lacked updated branding elements like a logo and style guide, making it difficult to present a unified image to supporters and donors.

The Solution

TechArk partnered with Lee’s Friends on both branding and website redesign. The engagement began with a logo refresh and a new brand style guide (colors, fonts, typography) to ensure consistency across channels. The new website was built in WordPress with 7–10 pages, including a donor page linked to a CRM, a simple events calendar, and volunteer information. SEO best practices were applied, and Google Analytics and Search Console were set up. TechArk also provided WordPress training so staff could update content independently, alongside quarterly maintenance and hosting support.
