The Challenge
CEBIS, a Norfolk-based nonprofit supporting behavior intervention practices for educators across Virginia, lacked a digital presence to share its mission, initiatives, and resources. The organization needed an accessible, mobile-friendly website built to Level AA accessibility standards. It also required support with domain setup, hosting, and the ability to manage documents, videos, and future content updates independently.
The Solution
TechArk partnered with CEBIS to design and develop a WordPress website aligned with the organization’s branding and long-term goals. We provided assistance with domain and hosting setup, created a mobile-responsive layout, and built core pages for Home, About, Initiatives, Resources, and Contact. The site includes functionality for uploading and organizing documents and images, and we recommended using Vimeo for optimized video performance. Comprehensive training enabled the CEBIS team to manage content confidently post-launch.
