With big-name customers like Microsoft, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, EDS, and ADP, IssueTrak needed custom programming experts that could act as an extension of their team, delivering an API that was simple, efficient, and modern.

TechArk linked up with IssueTrak as a custom programming partner, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables were on track, on time, and on point. We even sent a developer to work on-site with them, evaluating code and QA structure. Then our expert programmers helped develop a modern, REST-based API, and have since collaborated on various programming initiatives, including IssueTrak’s WebCRM platform.
