TechArk is looking for a Tech Support Manager to lead a growing team of Support Specialists that provide support to our expanding client base. TechArk has recently experienced rapid growth and is looking to add a Tech Support Manager to continue to build our Support team to fulfill our goal of delivering excellent service and delighting our clients. - The TechArk team believes in delighting our customers, every single time. Work closely and mentor the global support team and make sure we handle the support requests within a 24-48 hour time frame. If the support team needs to escalate a technical issue, you may need to step in to troubleshoot and help quickly.
- Respond and handle time-critical items promptly and occasionally be available after hours to address extremely business critical issues such as a website or an application being inaccessible or compromised.
- TechArk is focused heavily on the WordPress CMS and Laravel framework. Leverage your expertise and experience to really push the innovation envelope to cut down on the development and QA time. Continue to seek improvements in the process around ongoing support and maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, fix and enhance existing sites and applications. Solve site speed and security issues.
- Oversee the migration of websites and applications to/from TechArk.
- Manage the support team members. Collaborate with global team members . Establish and maintain key performance indicators for the support team.
- Participate in regular client support and internal meetings.
- Proficiency and 5+ years of experience with WordPress CMS.
- Experienced with various PHP CMS frameworks including Joomla, Drupal.
