TechArk founder & CEO Pratik Kothari recently sat down to talk with Scott Wertz, of Studio SMW, in the latest edition of the TechArk REIMAGINE Series.
As a technical, creative, and innovative digital experience, Icon Norfolk encompasses an interactive website and 46'' touch-display kiosk, which features a CGI 3-D rendering of the former Bank of America building in downtown Norfolk. Users can spin the building, check out floor plans, and see views from different apartment units.
Wertz captured the original photography and TechArk brought it all together into one cohesive, informative, and aesthetic package.
"It was a great team effort," says Scott.
