TechArk Acquires Eyepinch, A Strategic Deal That Added 70 Regional Clients
Local Digital Solutions Firm Experiences Notable Growth Due To A Solid Reputation
TechArk Solutions is thrilled to announce that it has acquired Eyepinch, a Virginia Beach-based ad agency specializing in web design and development, programming, and online marketing services.
This marks the first acquisition for TechArk, which will add 70 new clients to its established base of hundreds of satisfied customers (aka “technology partners”) in the Hampton Roads region. In 2012, the innovative digital solutions company began offering expert services such as website design, digital marketing, and mobile app and software development.
After growing organically for nine years through word-of-mouth referrals and a strong dedication to customer service, CEO Pratik Kothari says TechArk is ready to build upon a solid foundation and seek out promising opportunities for growth.
“This is a strategic acquisition for the TechArk team, as it helps us in growing our customer base and further solidifies our footprint in the Hampton Roads market,” says Kothari of the acquisition. “We believe it is a great fit because there is a very strong alignment in the website design and digital marketing services offered by Eyepinch and TechArk.”
Eyepinch has offered its web-based services in Hampton Roads for more than 25 years but has recently redirected focus to the online retail space and felt TechArk would be a solid choice to continue trusted relationships with its long-standing client base.
