Spring Cleaning Your Business

Mar 25, 2016

It’s that time of the year again! Spring is fast approaching, which means warmer weather, a sense of renewal, and a massive urge to clear the clutter. There’s nothing more satisfying than an annual cleansing, and we’ve certainly done a bit of tidying ourselves at TechArk Solutions.

That’s right, spring cleaning doesn’t just apply to your home. Take some of that renewed sense of purpose and apply it to your business practices to ensure maximum efficiency…until next spring at least. Here are a few ways you can use spring cleaning to your company’s benefit:

  1. Out with the old, and in with the new! Get rid of outdated brand assets such as old logos, marketing copy, and templates. Whether these items are floating around your office or online, purge them.
  2. There’s nothing worse than confusing clients with outdated material, so dedicate a few moments to update your company’s information. Add new clients to your company’s portfolio, post your most recent award, and show your customers how much you’ve grown!
  3. Put yourself in your customer’s shoes. Take some time to listen to your company’s voicemail and auto-reply messages to see what they’re hearing during off hours. Are these messages working properly? More importantly, are they consistent with your brand?

While you don’t have to wait for springtime to implement these practices, the season does serve as a reminder to shake the dust loose. So try following these simple steps to effectively reorganizing your business and watch it bloom into something magnificent.
