Meet Vigilant Watch, your local non-profit support organization committed to preserving the safety, security, and serenity of the seven cities of Hampton Roads, which include Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and Suffolk, as well as the Eastern Shore.
Vigilant Watch operates solely on contributions from the generous residents of our beloved coastal home, so when they host a big event, we at TechArk make sure to show the love.
This year they’ve partnered with Stihl, Inc., the City of Virginia Beach, and the Virginia Beach Fire Department to host the 2017 Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge from May 19 - 20th, at Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach. This event is open to all, and filled with friendly competitions, combat challenges, and relay races, followed by an awards ceremony for the victors.
